Adult Mentor Homes

As part of a comprehensive spectrum of care, Hatts Off offers a mentor home model for adults desiring more independence than is offered within a residential treatment home, but who are not yet ready to live on their own. Mentor homes are less structured than residential treatment homes and often serve as a transition between residential treatment homes and semi-independent living homes.

In these programs, a staff mentor lives with one or more clients in one of our homes and works with them to identify achievable goals for themselves. The mentor supports the clients to work towards their goals and helps them further their living skills, offering assistance with things like managing personal finances, nutrition, fitness, and employment.
